PLEASE READ THIS TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT (THE “TERMS OF SERVICE“) CAREFULLY. THIS TERMS OF SERVICE APPLIES TO: (A) THE WEBSITE MADE AVAILABLE BY CREATORS GLOBE. (“CREATORS GLOBE,” “WE,” “US“) AVAILABLE AT WWW.CREATORSGLOBE.COM (THE “WEBSITE“), (B) CREATORS GLOBE’S MOBILE APPLICATION(S) (EACH, AN “APPLICATION” AND COLLECTIVELY, WITH THE WEBSITE, THE “PLATFORM“), AND (C) THE PRODUCTS, SERVICES, FEATURES, TECHNOLOGIES, AND/OR FUNCTIONALITIES PROVIDED BY CREATORS GLOBE VIA THE PLATFORM (COLLECTIVELY, WITH THE PLATFORM, THE “SERVICES“).
BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR SERVICES IN ANY WAY, BY CLICKING ON THE “I ACCEPT” BUTTON, COMPLETING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS, MAKING INVENTORY AVAILABLE ON THE SERVICES AND/OR BROWSING THE WEBSITE OR DOWNLOADING OUR APPLICATION YOU REPRESENT THAT (1) YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF SERVICE, (2) YOU ARE OF LEGAL AGE TO FORM A BINDING CONTRACT WITH CREATORS GLOBE, AND (3) YOU HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO ENTER INTO THE TERMS OF SERVICE PERSONALLY OR ON BEHALF OF ENTITY YOU HAVE NAMED AS THE USER, AND TO BIND THAT ENTITY TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE. THE TERM “YOU” REFERS TO YOU AS AN INDIVIDUAL AND ANY LEGAL ENTITY THAT YOU HAVE NAMED AS A USER AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION FOR THE SERVICES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE ANY OF THE SERVICES.
1. Platform Overview
Creators Globe is an online marketplace where users can buy and sell digital products such as ebooks, design templates, music, courses, software, and more. Physical goods are not supported. All transactions, uploads, downloads, and communications happen digitally via the Platform.
2. Eligibility
To use Creators Globe, you must:
Be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
Have the authority to enter into legally binding agreements
Provide accurate and complete account information
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to buy or sell products.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree not to share your account or impersonate another person.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.
4. Vendor Guidelines
Vendors are independent content creators responsible for:
Uploading digital products they own or have full rights to distribute
Describing products accurately
Setting fair pricing
Handling post-sale customer support and updates (if applicable)
Vendors may not:
Upload illegal, pirated, misleading, or plagiarized content
Infringe on any intellectual property or copyright
Sell physical items, subscriptions, or external services without written approval
Creators Globe charges a 15% commission on all sales. This fee includes payment processing costs.
5. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers agree to:
Use purchased products for personal or commercial use as permitted by the vendor’s license
Not share, resell, or redistribute digital files without authorization
Contact vendors directly for product support when applicable
All sales are considered final unless otherwise stated. Refunds are only issued if the product is broken, incomplete, or misleading based on description and proof is provided.
6. Payments and Payouts
All transactions are securely processed via approved third-party payment gateways.
Vendors are paid on a regular schedule (e.g., bi-weekly or monthly) once the sales threshold is met and subject to a holding period for fraud protection.
Payouts may be withheld for suspected fraudulent activity or chargebacks.
7. Licensing and Usage Rights
By uploading content, vendors grant Creators Globe a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host and distribute the content to buyers under the vendor-defined license terms.
Buyers receive a license to use the product as outlined in each product’s listing and may not violate license restrictions (e.g., no reselling, sublicensing, or redistribution).
8. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, service marks, logos, and content on Creators Globe are owned by Creators Globe or its users and protected by law.
Users must not copy, imitate, or use any branding or product content without express permission.
9. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
Use the Platform for illegal or harmful purposes
Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with our systems
Post spam, scams, or malware
Exploit the site for price manipulation or fraudulent sales
Violations may result in account termination and legal action.
10. Content Moderation
We reserve the right (but not obligation) to:
Review and remove any content that violates these Terms
Suspend accounts or listings without prior notice
Investigate complaints or potential violations at our discretion
11. Disclaimers
Creators Globe is a marketplace, not the creator or seller of user-uploaded content. We do not guarantee product quality, completeness, or accuracy.
Use the platform at your own risk. All content is provided “as-is” without warranties.
We are not liable for any loss or damages resulting from product use, misuse, or platform downtime.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CreatorsGlobe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CreatorsGlobe and its affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, or damage arising out of your:

Violation of these Terms
Violation of any rights of another user or third party
14. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to your account or the Platform for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
You may delete your account at any time. Certain clauses (e.g., licensing, indemnity) will survive termination.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
16. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal communication. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration or small claims court in Ontario, Canada.
17. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

Who we share your data with
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Vendor Agreement - Terms for vendors selling digital products.
These terms apply to users who register as vendors. By becoming a vendor, you agree to the Vendor Agreement outlined below.
Effective Date: January 1 2025
This Vendor Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Creators Globe (“we,” “us,” “our”) and the vendor (“you,” “your”) upon registration to sell digital products on www.creatorsglobe.com.
1. Vendor Obligations
You affirm that you own or have full rights to distribute all products you upload.
You are responsible for:
Product accuracy and descriptions
Product quality and updates
Customer support (if applicable)
2. Prohibited Content
You agree not to upload:
Infringing, pirated, or plagiarized content
Adult, illegal, or harmful material
Content that violates third-party rights or applicable laws
3. Payment & Commission
We deduct a 15% commission per sale (includes processing fees).
Payouts are scheduled [biweekly/monthly] via [Stripe/PayPal/etc.].
Creators Globe is not liable for any transaction delays due to third-party services.
4. Licensing
You grant Creators Globe a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, market, and deliver your product to buyers.
5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Creators Globe from any claims arising from your products, content, or activities on the platform.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or remove your account at our discretion, especially in case of violations.
Buyer Protection Policy - Your rights as a buyer on Creators Globe.
Creators Globe Buyer Protection Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2025
At Creators Globe, your satisfaction and security are our top priorities. Our Buyer Protection Policy ensures peace of mind when purchasing digital products from our marketplace. We are committed to maintaining a safe, reliable, and transparent environment for creators and customers alike.
1. Eligibility Requirements
Buyer Protection applies only if:
You have an active Creators Globe account in good standing.
Your payment was completed through approved methods on CreatorsGlobe.com (PayPal, Stripe, credit card, or other authorized gateways).
You file a dispute within the stated time limits.
2. What is Covered
Creators Globe offers buyer protection in the following situations:
Product Not Received: You did not receive the digital product you purchased.
Significant Misrepresentation: The product is substantially different from the description provided by the seller.
Corrupt or Inaccessible Files: The product file is corrupt, inaccessible, or unusable upon a proper download attempt.
Unauthorized or Fraudulent Charges: You experience unauthorized or fraudulent charges on your account related to a transaction.
3. What is Not Covered
Buyer Protection does not apply to:
Buyer remorse or change of mind after purchase.
Compatibility issues with your device, software, or system if product specifications were clearly stated.
Misuse, modification, or improper use of the product after download.
Issues related to free downloads, samples, or trials.
Step 1: Contact the Seller We recommend resolving issues directly with the seller first. Most sellers are willing to help address your concerns promptly. Sellers must respond to dispute inquiries within 3 business days or the platform may proceed with a decision.
Step 2: Submit a Dispute If you cannot resolve the issue, you can file a formal dispute within 7 calendar days of purchase:
Log in to your account.
Navigate to My Account > Purchases.
Select the order and click Report an Issue.
Provide relevant details and supporting evidence (screenshots, error messages, etc.).
Confirm that at least one download attempt was made if the claim involves file inaccessibility.
Step 3: Review and Resolution Our support team will investigate and mediate the dispute. We aim to resolve cases within 5–10 business days. Possible outcomes include:
Full refund to your original payment method.
Replacement or corrected version of the product.
Partial refund or store credit if part of the product is usable.
Decisions are based on clear evidence, product description accuracy, and platform guidelines.
5. Chargebacks
If a buyer initiates a chargeback through their payment provider before the Creators Globe dispute process is complete, Buyer Protection may be forfeited.
6. Appeal Process
If you disagree with the dispute decision, you may file one appeal within 3 business days of the decision by providing new, relevant evidence.
7. Important Notes
Refunds only apply to transactions processed via CreatorsGlobe.com.
Repeated or abusive refund requests may result in account suspension.
Creators Globe reserves the right to deny protection for fraudulent, misleading, or bad-faith claims.
All sellers must comply with our Vendor Agreement and ensure their products meet quality standards.
8. Limitation of Liability
Creators Globe’s liability for any claim under this Buyer Protection Policy is limited to the amount paid for the disputed transaction. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from a purchase.

DMCA Policy - How we handle copyright infringement claims.
Creators Globe DMCA Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2025
Creators Globe respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) and will respond promptly to valid infringement notices.
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content on Creators Globe infringes your copyright, you may send us a DMCA takedown notice. Please email your request to:
Your email must include the following information:
Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
A direct link (URL) to the allegedly infringing material on Creators Globe.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use of the material is not authorized by you, your agent, or the law.
A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
Your electronic or physical signature.
2. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notice at the same email address.
Your counter-notice must include:
Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your location (or in Ontario, Canada if you reside outside of Canada) and will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original claim.
Your electronic or physical signature.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material in 10 business days unless we receive notice of a court action from the original complainant.
3. Repeat Infringers
Accounts found to have multiple copyright violations may be permanently suspended or terminated at our discretion.
4. Misrepresentation
Submitting false or misleading information in a DMCA notice or counter-notice may result in legal liability. You may wish to seek legal advice before submitting a claim.
