How to Register as a Vendor or Signup as a Customer

After clicking on either Creator Registration ( for Vendor ) or signup ( Customers, and or vendors can signup here too ). Click on ” Register ” to complete the form.

Once you have done that, you can now click on ” My Account ” tab to view your account page

Explore and get familiar with your account page 

Vendors Dashboard page

Click on the tab ” Go to Vendor Dashboard ” in the bottom left of your my account page

Its your behind the scenes. You can see your shop stats, upload products, and deal with the backend.

Now that you’re on the vendors dashboard page, explore the tabs and get familiarized with the different features. 

NOTE: BEFORE YOU CAN UPLOAD YOUR DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND FILES, YOU MUST COMPLETE THE PAYMENT ONBOARDING PROCESS.

Setting Up Payment Method

NOTE: IN ORDER TO SIGNUP AND RECIEVE PAYMENTS YOU MUST HAVE A BUSINESS ACCOUNT FOR PAYPAL.

Click on Vendor Dashboard. Go down to Settings. 

Then click on Payment. It would then take you to the Payment Method page. You would then click on the Add Payment Method button to select the provided payment option. 

In the drop down menu, there is the PayPal Marketplace option. Click on it to begin setup process.

A new page will open for the onboarding setup. Enter your info that’s needed to complete process. 

Once the setup is completed for the selected payment method. You would now be connected to receive payments. 

Processing of payments would take up to 2-3 days. Disbursements of payments would automatic.

There is no need to wait for schedule payout periods.

Uploading your images and files

Click on ” Products “, this will allow you to upload your images and files.

Then click ” Add new product ” to add images and files for your upload. 

Then click on ” Downloadable “. It ensures your file is able to download. Continue to complete your product info.

Click on the ( Plus ) icon to upload your images.

Select files from your computer or device to upload.

Under ” Downloadable Options ” input your files.

Click on the Add File button and follow the steps.

You can set the amount of downloads that are allowed and the amount of days the download link expires.

( Download Limit ) By setting it to ( -1 ), it is set to unlimited downloads or you can simply type Unlimited. If there is a limit to the amount of downloads, you can set to your desired amount by inputting your numbers. 

( Download Expiry ) For the expiry time on a download, you can set the desired amount of days by inputting a number or type in ( Never ) if  there is no expiry.

Continue to complete the fields that are needed for your product and then click the SAVE PRODUCT button to save your progress.

Go to your Store tab, located under settings in your vendor dashboard and fill out any incomplete information. You can also upload your banner and profile picture.
